Once you have installed a ceiling fan in your home you will notice the "wind chill" effect immediately when the ceiling fan is going in the right direction. When you have a ceiling fan in the winter the air from the heater is circulated properly
When you do not have a ceiling fan in the summer the air conditioning is not distributed properly
When you do have a ceiling fan in the summer the whole room has evenly distributed cool air
